The customer service I received was good. However, the pump I paid for came with some specifications that were different from what I had asked for. They offered me a partial refund and was prompt in their assistance. Be sure to have them send you a picture of the nameplate before shipping.

Mia is fantastic to work with, and she always helps to ensure the order is accurate and shipped on-time. The new design of seals work much better than the old, and we look forward to working into 2024 with Mia and Suoto,
